Blues Skies for Tuesday.

Well today was a pretty good day. Got up early and went and filled out an application. Then went over to Flemdigga's (aka trailboss or king of transfers as well as problem solva) house. We then did man stuff like build a sweet trailer for his quad. It was actually fun, feels good to build something and see the finished project, especially when it went from unusable to usable in no time. Built from free scrap wood, cant get better than that. So look for the Honda Accord to be pullin a 400ex to a sand pit near you! If anyone has a trailer hitch for a honda accord let me know, because flem is in the market for one asap!

anyways thats the jist of my day besides going to work for a few hours. But I did get a little good news from my boss today, he said he's getting surgery soon on his hand and wont be able to work for a few weeks and that im gona be taking over all the work for a few weeks which means more money for me.

Also got a call from Jumanji Beast (Ry Guy, Sugar Water Greene) from his solo trip to Toronto. Kid just needed to get away I guess, but he'll be back by sunday. He said its amazing, lots of nice people, good skateparks, good restuarants and lots of girls. So sounds like he's having fun.

Well thats all folks. Check the pictures of the trailer... EJF Construction he'll build anything you need!

Lackin and Slackin on Direction.

So basically haven't been up to much over the past few days. Weather has been horrid, and seems like not much has gotten done.

The weekend sucked, didn't do anything really, rode bikes a little bit, and basically did a lot of chillin.

Today made it out to jay's shop and helped him finish up the sissybar for his bike, and the how to article he's doing for Iron Horse Magazine. It came out pretty sick. I came up with an idea for my standing lamp I wana make, so probably get started on that wednesday.

I really need to start getting my ideas done. So many things I want to do. I just need the tools to get started. I want a mig welder, angle grinder, power drill, bench vice, a saw, and some wrenches and screw drivers and different bits. If I had those i'd be ready to occupy my time with creating my ideas and trying to sell what I make. That would be ideal. Well I guess in time hopefully I will have the knowledge, skills and tools to do everything.

Anyways that's about it for now....

Wednesday

The Fong Bros make some killer xs 650's.

Today got up and made it out to Jay's shop to give him a lift to Pitoniak Cycle, down in Belchertown MA to drop off some motor parts to be touched up. Pitoniak was a nice shop and a nice guy. It definitely gets me pschyed to see all these different aspects of the custom motorcycle world, and drives me to learn all that I can and hopefully be just like all these guys and have a successful business. I appreciate Jay taking time to give me knowledge. Just starting to get a little direction finally. Im also getting into doing furniture type things from recycled pieces I find and have a few ideas brewing. So check back to see if i've actually gotten to them. Im just having fun doing all this really.

I just want to have my own bike to build and learn everything from the ground up and make it my own. I just want to create. Im so ready.

Well thats was my day and my thoughts..... (thoughts those bikes were cool at the top)

Bad case of the Mondays...

just thought this was a sick looking bike and got me psyched on the write up that went with it.
look close this is a sick picture ha.

So today was an eventful day on the homefront. I got a lot done with the landscaping around the yard, and a little help from my cousin T-Love. Thanks cuz! I got more to do and some ideas. Its gona look too many hot around here when im done. I also did manage to fit in a round of disc golf before the sun went down with flemdigga, so that was relaxing, and yes I smoked him. Guess he just wasn't on his game. So that was basically my day.

Anyways if anyone reading this blog has or knows somebody with an old junker motorcycle laying around and want to get rid of it hit me up. Im looking for a good project to learn on and build something cool. So look around ask around please. Thanks.

Listening to Sleep's Dopesmoker album and zoning out.

The Big 26!

Birthday boy here. Its midnight and yeah I turned 26, time is flying by. So thanks to Jay for kinda taking me under his wing and giving me a chance to maybe finally have some direction for my future and im enjoying learning everything I can.

So yeah I went out to Worcester to Jay's shop Special79(check the link) to get some knowledge. I ended up helping him mock up his Shovelhead for an article he's doing for Iron Horse Magazine on how to make a sissybar. It was a blast helping him mock it and got me totally psyched to hopefully be able to find my own bike to build soon. Jay really knows his stuff and has quite an eye for detail, and thats the best part of learning from him, just how to do it right. So if you have a bike that needs any mods, check out his blog and drop him an email.

I hope to try and get out to his shop more often and work on my welding skills and learn more about motorcycle building. But again thank you Jay.

anyways peep the not so good pictures from my little shitty digital camera.

2 Days til my Birthday!

Robin Hood head badge is sick, Made in Nottingham England.

Anyways today wasn't too eventful really. Got up did my thing. Went and visited with Misti at work, she gave me a bunch of stuff I could use that the art department at the college was tossing out. So thanks Misti! After that....you guessed it...hit up the disc golf course for a round of 18 holes! I basically love disc golf, its so fun and relaxing. I basically smoked Erik (or as he told me to call him...Putz), but he did roast me by a long shot the last time we played. I had to leave there and rush to get to work, which sucked as always. I need something better.....any ideas?

I also took the infamous cursed Lenton Road bike off Flemdigga. Its a sick whip all the way from Nottingham England, also saw a free Schwinn Road bike all original on the side of the road, but that one is too small for me, but its a sick bike. I love Bikes!

Well that concludes my Thursday. Check the pics of the hot whips.

Just Wednesday

Before

fabric I used.

After

Today was somewhat productive. Had an arts and crafts day with myself. I had this old cable spool lying around from some copper cable, and got an idea from this site on what to do with the spool. So I made a spool stool. Went up to walmart grabbed some foam cushion, some fabric and a can of spray paint and came home and used my supplies. It came out kinda cool I think.

I plan on making more things soon.
