So today I had my meeting with Melanie at the Sharon Arts Center. The meeting went well, she's a very positive supporting person which was really refreshing and I am excited to start building a relationship with her and the staff. I'm looking forward to exchanging ideas and believe they can help me achieve my ideas I have flowing in my brain. During these trying times with this economy I feel people should look into alternate ways to maybe take a little time and explore their creative side, I believe there is the ability to create art in every aspect in everyone, it's just about finding that "media" you are good at or enjoy. Art is a good stress relief, just something about creating something your proud of and makes you smile, gets your mind off the stresses of daily life even if only for a little bit. So if you are interested in maybe exploring this or want any information you should check out the Sharon Arts Center. You will not be disappointed, they will make you feel welcome and inspire you. I posted a link to the centers site on the side bar in the blogs and sites to peep area. Well all in all I'm very excited to see where this goes and it's off to something big. Thanks again Melanie.
